1. Ask students a question. 2. Give them about 30 seconds to think about it. 3. As them to share their thoughts with their partner. 4. After both students have had time to share, ask for volunteers to share with the whole group. Example
This could be done when learning about how a certain animal gets its' food. The teacher could ask the class how they think an animal gets food, and then they could review the responses as a whole class together. |
